Dr James Andrew Lewis
James Andrew Lewis is a leading authority on cybersecurity, technology policy, and international security with extensive experience in shaping global strategies and norms. He authored the first U.S. National Cybersecurity Strategy, developed key technology policies, and represented the United States in major international negotiations on cyber norms and arms control. As Senior Vice President at CSIS, he continued to influence global debates on innovation, security, and the geopolitics of technology.
Christopher Painter
Christopher Painter is a globally recognized expert in cybersecurity, cyber diplomacy, and cybercrime, with over 30 years of leadership across the U.S. government, including the DOJ, FBI, NSC, and State Department. He served as the first U.S. cyber diplomat, established the State Department’s Office of the Coordinator for Cyber Issues, and continues to shape global cyber policy through advisory roles, boards, and international initiatives.
Heli Tiirmaa-Klaar
Amb Heli Tiirmaa-Klaar is a leading expert in international security, cybersecurity, and cyber diplomacy, with senior roles in NATO, the EU, the UN, and the Estonian government. She has shaped global and national cyber strategies, led major international initiatives, and continues to serve in strategic advisory and leadership positions, including as Chair of the IT Coalition Steering Group within the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, as a Visiting Distinguished Fellow at the German Marshall Fund, and on Board of Directors of Global Cyber Alliance.
